2010 Spring Season Registration now open. Please note that the deadline for registration is March 15 2010.

We are offering two ways to register: 1. Print registration form and mail with payment. 2. Complete online form below and mail payment.

Please refer to the following fee schedule when determining your payment:

2010 Fee Schedule
Grades K & 1- Instructional $60 per player*
Grades 2 & 3 - Minor League $60 per player*
Grades 4 & 5 - Major League $100 per player*
Grades 6,7 & 8 - Senior League $100 per player*
* There is a $180 maximum fee total per family


IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT NOTE FOR 2010

For health and safety reasons, all girls will be required to purchase and wear a helmet with a facemask. NGS will be selling used helmets at considerable savings while supplies last.

Medical Release   I, as the parent or legal guardian of the above named “player”, on behalf of myself, and on behalf of the player, hereby authorize and consent to the administration of any medical and/or dental care or treatment determined to be necessary in the event of personal injury to the player which may result from her participation in the Norwell Girls Softball Program. And agree to release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify Norwell Girls Softball, in their respective affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, coaches and associated personnel including without limitation, the owners of fields and facilities used for softball programs, against any claims by or on behalf of the undersigned and/or player as a result of the player’s participation in Norwell Girls Softball Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation has been specifically authorized by the undersigned and/or any other parent or legal guardian of the player.
Permission to Use Photos   I give my permission for representative of Norwell Girls Softball to take photographs of my daughter(s) to be used exclusively to promote the NGS league. Photos may be used on the website or in local papers and other promotional material for Norwell Girls Softball.
