TRAVEL SOFTBALL: Summer and Fall

Travel Softball at several age divisions is a competative softball team with tryouts and player cuts. Our Travel teams participate in the South Shore Summer Softball League for Girls.

Each Division plays 2 games a week throughout the South Shore. U10 and U14 play on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS. U12 and U18 play on MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS.

The season is about 6 weeks long with a week of playoffs.

There is one TOURNAMENT for the U10,U12 and U14 teams (no extra cost) JULY 22nd, 23rd and 24th in Kingston, MA

 

ALL GAMES START AT 6PM. 

Eligibility:

U10: MUST still be 10 years old or younger as of 

         January 1, 2011.

U12:  MUST still be 12 years old or younger as of

         January 1, 2011

U14:  MUST still be 14 years old or younger as of

         January 1, 2011

U18:  MUST still be 18 years old or younger as of

         January 1, 2011

 

 

REGISTRATION TIPS:

If you registered for this past Spring 2011 , you may log on with email and follow prompts (even if you are adding another child).

If you have NOT used the online registration this year, you will need to enter as NEVER played before then follow prompts.

 

If you have a uniform that fits from last year: select program (i.e: Summer Travel 12U) without letter and No not select uniform size leave as "select".

 

If you need a uniform for this season: select  program (ie: Summer Travel 12U-B) with letter and indicate uniform size when prompted.

Summer Season Starts June 25th thru August 4th. 

Please note that the summer travel softball is a competitive league. Player and parent committment is essential.

Player and Parent expectations will be given out during tryouts.

  

 

 

 

TRYOUTS: Saturday and Sunday: May 21st and 22nd

For all age levels.

Saturday 12-2pm: 10U and 12U

Saturday 2-4pm: 14U and  18U

Sunday 12-1pm: 10U and 12U

Sunday 1-2pm: 14U and 18U

 at Osbourne field

 

All girls trying out MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate to tryouts.

 

All girls who make the team will be required to complete online application with payment. 

                 

  *JULY 22- 24th TOURNAMENT for 10u, 12u and 14 u

 

 PLEASE bring a copy of your child's birth certificate to the tryouts as the SSSS League requires it in order to participate.
